Welcome to Alpine Property Management Ltd

Alpine Property Management Ltd was formed in 2006, with a view to offering a comprehensive range of services to the increasing number of English property owners in the French Alps. The company is based in the Tarentaise area of the Alps but extends to many other resorts throughout the Alps. Alpine Property Management was formed by two individuals who have both lived and worked in the Alps for several years and have gained much experience within this area. The services we provide as a company are varied and are aimed at assisting property owners who are not based in France. Our existing clients already benefit from the knowledge that their investment is safe while they are away from the area.

Tim Ramshead | Maintenance & Project Works

Tim has worked in the French Alps for the last six years, primarily, as a resort supervisor for a major tour operator during the winter months. Tim has worked as a qualified electrician and builder for his family business prior to moving to the Alps and since, has been part of a major maintenance team during the summer months. He has an extensive knowledge of both Commercial and Domestic properties and their installations. Kim Whittle | Property Management services

Kim has worked in the tourist industry as a resort supervisor for a major tour operator in the French Alps for the last five years and has been based specifically in the Espace Killy. Kim heads up the property management section of the company and has an excellent and extensive knowledge of the preparation of property for the rental trade.
