Annual Post-Season Maintenance Checks

At the end of each winter season, we operate an annual post-season check service. This consists of a full written report detailing any damage from tenants, electrical installation, plumbing installation and general building checks. There is a standard, one off charge for the check but if you are one of our registered clients, this service is provided as part of your annual fee. Alternatively, we are available to tackle any individual maintenance issues you may come across during the year. After initial contact and investigation, we will supply you with a no obligation, full written quotation, free of charge before you agree to any work. Any maintenance work we undertake is charged at a fixed hourly rate to keep costs for our clients down to a minimum.

24-Hour Emergency Call Out

Unfortunately, accidents can happen and sometimes at the most inconvenient of times. For this reason, we have incorporated a 24-hour call out service into our services on offer. It may be that your tenants have lost keys and locked him or herself out, an electrical or plumbing fault or even a broken window. We are always available to deal with these situations promptly and assist our clients or their tenants. 24-hour call outs are charged at a fixed rate inclusive of the first hours labour, any additional materials are charged separately.

Project and Refurbishment Work

In addition to routine maintenance, Alpine Property Management also undertake project and refurbishment work. Whether you require a full apartment refurbishment, complete re-wire or just a new kitchen or bathroom installed, we have a team of qualified English tradesmen, Carpenters, Electricians, Floor Layers and even Air Conditioning Engineers to cover most eventualities. Our clients are happy in the knowledge that any work undertaken is to a high standard, completed promptly and communication with our company is hassle free. Again, a no obligation, full written quotation will be supplied free of charge before you take on our services. Refurbishment and project work is charged at fixed daily rate dependant on duration of any works undertaken.
